Squad or job. Never both.
Every Kinmon is either on your squad or working a job, never both. Jobs pay Essence, and Essence is levels. But a pair only builds a Bond by fighting side by side, and a bonded pair learns a move only the two of them can do. Levels are rented. Bonds are earned. You cannot buy either with the other.

How to play
- 1Tap a Kinmon to cycle it between squad, job and idle. Three squad slots, two job slots.
- 2Spend Essence on LVL+, the only thing jobs are for.
- 3Send them out. Every pair you field together builds Bond, win or lose.
- 4At ten battles together a pair unlocks a Duo: sideways utility, never raw power.
